This is my Favorite Restaurant since I've been a kid. Best Charcoal Grilled Burgers and Dinners here. Just Love Charcoal Inn,, there's also 1 on the North Side of Town.

The food was absolutely delicious! Great prices, and quick service. I had the Charcoal Inn Burger (hamburger and brat), it was sooo good. Stop in and give it a try if you're in the area, you won't regret it!

This is a great place for real over the coals grilled grub. The brats are fantastic. Smooshed down flat and quickly grilled the extra surface area picks up the charcoal flavor. Served on a Sheboygan Hard Roll warmed on the grill, (for me) raw onion, mustard, and kraut (for those from out of town; yes there is ketchup there, no you shouldn't put it on your brat) it's perfect. With a limited menu they can do everything they do well. Only complaint was the onion rings tasted a little fishy as if the oil needed changing. Wait staff very friendly and welcoming. Great fun to sit at the counter and watch em grill live with love, right in front of you.

Cozy diner atmosphere. Nice menu with daily home-cooked specials. Homemade Tortes that look delicious. Friendly chefs and waitresses.

This place is just wonderful. It's very much a family hole-in-the-wall old fashioned place; if you're looking for something fancy go somewhere else. But the food is just so amazingly good. They have wonderful soup and the Friday night fish fry is fantastic. I got fresh perch with shrimp in December and the perch was as good as if I just caught it. And they make their own sauces. Definitely worth the trip.
