Dunn Brothers Coffee

There was an extremely long wait for not a very long line. When we finally got to order the employee didn’t have knowledge on the register and we had to tell her what our change should be. When we were finally given our drinks there was no cream we requested and when we asked they gave it to us and we were attempting to put our lids on the counter collapsed spilt our coffee all over us and all over the floor. There was no acknowledgement from the workers on if we were ok, if they needed to clean the mess, or if we wanted a refill. We waited for five minutes and when nothing was happening we left. The coffee had yet to be cleaned and our pants and shirt had stained. I called later to speak with a manager on staff but they said there wasn’t one. Needless to say two high school girls should not be in charge of a business on a weekend, or at all for that matter.

The manager did reach out to me via email and phone to discuss the issue. She was very sympathetic and she was willing to reimburse us for the coffees that were never refilled and any damage done to our clothes.

Breakfast sandwich was very good. You pick your own toppings... no judgement. Piled high and hot!

Great naan chicken pesto pizza. Recommend.

Good coffee, staff was ok, the tables could use some leveling so be careful not to spill your coffee.

Normally I love Dunn Brothers. They make really good drinks, some of which are better that Starbucks, but the last time I went they charged me extra for my drink, it took a long time to make, and it tasted like nothing (it was a frappe).
