Burger King

Let me start off by saying, the manager on duty tonight made it right, and because of him and his attitude, even though so much went wrong, I am giving 4 stars.

It was a typical evening with my family of picky eaters. About the only thing all of us can agree on is a good fast food burger. So, off to Burger King we go.

Our order wasn't overly complicated, but after waiting for a half an hour sipping our drinks, we went to the counter to find out where our food was. What we learned happened was someone accidently bumped our order off the screen and it was never made. No big deal. My kids were playing and behaving themselves, so we waited for our order a bit more to be made.

We got our order quickly after that, but my burger was made incorrectly. I brought it to the counter, and the manager immediately greeted me and was obviously embarrassed by the mistake. He apologized profusely, and personally made me a new burger, giving the incorrect one to me.

Overall, our food was hot, and everyone enjoyed it. During our meal, the manager checked in with us a few times, making sure everything was to our liking. He even gave us free desserts for everyone as an apology.

His kind words, and caring attitude shows the quality of his work. We will be visiting this franchise again. I'm not going to point any fingers, but I will say that a few innocent mistakes made by a brand new employee (you could totally tell that one member of the team was on his first day, as confirmed by the manager) should not jade the perspective of any decent customer.

ordered a veggie burger and fries just now, and the food was very good and fresh. however, the real 5 stars is for the poor woman who gave me my order, who also seemed to be doing all the work herself while her coworkers ignored her. Know that I appreciate you if you ever see this!!
