“The new Seasonal Goat Cheddar Cheese burger is the best burger I've had from a restaurant and a very long time!!! Highly recommend it, the flavor is unbelievably amazing. Also my girlfriend got the Salmon BLT also from the seasonal menu and that was incredible as well. The size of fish you get is perfect and she loved it. I started with a small caesar salad which was crisp and fresh and then had one of the featured pizzas, the Oliva with 3 or 4 kinds of olives topped with cheese. Yum! There are plenty of vegetarian selections and you can build your own starting with a base of sauce, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. They have lots of topping options from prosciutto to thai pepper infused honey. The crust is hand tossed. Pizzas are baked in a brick oven and come out fast. Just enough time to relax and enjoy a local brew. Wine and cider also available. Family friendly, but also cozy couple friendly.”

“Carbones was good with primarily thin crust. Try the pizza sandwiches if you don't have time to snag a whole pie. The pizza was tasty, toppings were fresh but it was a bit salty. We liked the appetizers. Carbones is attached to a bar on the river side and I wish we had known that.”

“We have had a lunch here recently. The pianist was playing and singing one song. But the next song he was even playing harmonica. We have enjoyed listening to him. Our food was good. I loved my pasta with shrimp. My husband had chicken it was good but a little bit tough. You have an amazing interior. Definitely will come to this place again”
