    I never get very good service when coming to this Culver's. Employees could be a little more friendly.

    I usually go to this Culvers at night for ice cream. For some reason I still go despite seeing a bunch of miserable looking kids who have no customer service skills and always hand me a container of melted ice cream spilling over the sides that always leaves me disappointed BUT TODAY let me tell you, I was craving a butter burger. I walk in and am immediately greeted by a worker who is cleaning and then greeted again by Assistant Manager (I think her name is) Jen. She smiled and asked me how I was doing and cut me a significant discount because all I had were checks on me. Then, after handing me my food she smiles and tells me to have an awesome day and it was her pleasure to help me. At 24 years old I have never experienced such good customer service and I WILL definitely be back to make up for my discounted meal. Thank-you Jen for making my day!

    I enjoy the burgers and the chicken. Cheese curds are awesome

    Enjoy the service, super star staff! You can't beat the kid's meal options. But the fries seem to be hiring or miss on freshness.

    12 years ago my husband and I got engaged on Valentines Day. Afterward we went to Culvers for custard. Last night we celebrated this anniversary with dinner and custard. It was wonderful, as always!
