“I usually go to this Culvers at night for ice cream. For some reason I still go despite seeing a bunch of miserable looking kids who have no customer service skills and always hand me a container of melted ice cream spilling over the sides that always leaves me disappointed BUT TODAY let me tell you, I was craving a butter burger. I walk in and am immediately greeted by a worker who is cleaning and then greeted again by Assistant Manager (I think her name is) Jen. She smiled and asked me how I was doing and cut me a significant discount because all I had were checks on me. Then, after handing me my food she smiles and tells me to have an awesome day and it was her pleasure to help me. At 24 years old I have never experienced such good customer service and I WILL definitely be back to make up for my discounted meal. Thank-you Jen for making my day!”

“Husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner before a movie. We've driven past this place hundreds of times and never stopped. We were impressed with the great selection on the menu. The cashier was helpful in recommending we split a full Italian beef sandwich, paired with the cheese fries I was craving, made just the right size meal for us. Food arrived quickly. Will be back!
