    Service is not so polite but food is McDonald's good.

    They're very friendly @ this Germantown location & the service is as fast as can be expected. Just a burger & fries ordered from inside, but the drive-thru was packed & they had only 3 people working. Still out inside of 5 minutes.

    There wasn't that many people at this McDonald's when I went there, but my food still took a long time, plus they got my order wrong the first time. I know other customers around me also seemed frustrated, and I could see how frazzled the employees were. I don't know what was going on, or if that's normal, but they sort of seemed unprepared to have even a small amount of customers. I'm not blaming the employees, because they were very nice and proactive about fixing mistakes. Something about the management seemed lacking. Even for McDonald's.

    Good place. Even if they don't get your order right, if you point it out, they will correct it. Very good place overall.

    Burger was good, fries were not what they normally are. Almost, but not quite oil not up to temp. Fries were almost not done right. And they stayed cooking a little longer because that buzzer made noise for awhile
