Panera Bread

I stop here a lot before my meeting in the Falls and they have very good food. The prices are a little high, but the quality is good. The wait staff is very nice.

The store manager, Paul, is rather self absorbed. He treats the bakers terribly and, from the way the rest of the deli staff at this location is, it seems he encourages them to do the same regarding the bakers. The food is good, provided you get what you ordered. While ordering and waiting there for your food, the order is usually correct. Calling and ordering sandwiches ahead tends to be confusing for the staff to get correct and in a timely manner. The food is higher priced than other fast food restaurants, but it seems to be a better quality. The meats are still processed and well, processed food in the end is still processed. The bread is better than other fast food places which is good, since "bread" is actually in the company name! With that being said, please keep in mind that the business is guessing at what they are going to be selling for the day. Don't come in last minute and order 5 dozen bagels .. that's easy to call 3 days in advance and place your order. That way they have enough for you and everyone else. Any bread order should be placed at least 3 days ahead of time. Common courtesy. If you can't or don't want to do that, don't yell at the staff that they're out of .. xyz .. if you didn't plan ahead, how could they?

Always predicable. Never disappointed. Many choices to please everyone. The staff is always friendly. Clean and you can loiter as long as you want. Music choice is spot on too.

Wow! Great customer service! My co-worker picked up bagels from the West Bend location and paid for cream cheese. When he got to work, there was none in the bags. I was on my way in and had to go past the location in Menomonee Falls, so I explained what happened and I was given two containers of cream cheese free of charge. This is how you keep customers happy! Thank you!!!

Pretty good! The food at Panera's is always pretty yummy! The service here isn't super bad by any means, provided you initiate conversation. They tend to do a lot of chatting with co-workers rather than working, but the location still manages to run smoothly, so one really can't complain too much! One thing I would suggest (specifically for the winter season) please consider getting more/better mats for absorbing water near the door. There's almost always a slippery puddle there
