“I was pretty excited to have a Cousin's open close by. First try. I ordered hot pepper relish on the side, (two containers) mentioned it twice. Got home and there weren't any in the bag. The subs seemed really skimpy compared to the ones we get from Germantown. We will try them again, but first visit was not too impressed.”

“Best Golf Course Around. Offering very challenging 18's and a 9hole course. There is thee "Valley 18", a Par72 The "Ponds and Woods 18", also a Par72 And the "Rolling 9", a Par36 All offer challenging holes, with the narrow fairways and danger all around. One's game is truly tested at this course. With very nice power carts, shop, driving range and several other great amenities, what is there not to love about this course? After playing all 45holes offered here, I can assure you, you'll want to keep coming back. (Also, the Wildlife you see along the course is a great plus)”

“Fun idea for Bloody Mary's, however, the actual drink itself is not as good as I had hoped. The sausage sampler is the bomb, along with the fries and fried pickles. Our son ordered the top sirloin steak sandwich but it was a rough textured type of meat. The waitress was awesome and accommodating. Definitely give it another shot!”

“Bilda's is your "standard Wisconsin bar" but is leaps above a simple dive bar. They have a fantastic selection of craft beer and they have a mug club. “Visited on Easter Sunday in the afternoon. We had a part of 5. Enjoyed drinks in the bar while we waited for our table and had a great time. The restaurant is adorable and it was beautiful inside. We sat and ordered a fresh round of drinks, and when my drink arrived, there was less than a shot of liquor in it, after the server just told our table all their drinks are doubles. When I asked the server to correct my drink, she said she would need to charge me for an additional shot. I was taken back by this comment and corrected the situation. The food arrived in a timely manner, however our sides of vegetables were under cooked and the asparagus that was featured in my entree was stringy and over cooked. The entree was to be served with grilled asparagus, however it tasted canned or boiled. The very small side of mashed potatoes were very dry and under seasoned. With all the excellent reviews I was very excited to try this landmark restaurant and am very disappointed by my experience. I gave it 3 because the restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. The food has room to improve.”

“Returning from Holy Hill with my group from Holy Family Parish in Lincoln IL. Had the a delish ,gourmet type lunch. We had ordered ahead and everything was ready when we got there! They were very friendly and accommodating. One of our ladies who doesn’t care for pumpkin cake(I know, who doesn’t like that!) was brought a wonderful chocolate and cherry delight! Highly recommend eating there if you visit Holy Hill. Marcia May”
