“The food was awesome. My friend and I both ordered the biscuits and gravy with the meal of 2 eggs, meat, and pancakes. The food came out in a timely manner and the waitstaff was very kind. The only bad thing was my friend's water was empty for about 5 minutes but that was due to the waitstaff being very busy. Overall, very good experience, definitely will come back and recommend to friends.”

“We walked in and ordered our sandwiches. I went to the bathroom and when we got to the car, I was told they were actually closed when we ordered. They were super nice and upbeat and didn’t make us feel like we were a bother by coming in at closing. We didn’t even think about the time and just walked in. We felt bad, but as my boyfriend told me, the manager was super cool and said don’t worry about it and it wasn’t a big deal at all. Great customer service!! Thank you JJs!”

“Jumbo's is really clean... the staff is nice... this business is active in the community including youth sports... they serve burgers and custard... all great stuff and nothing about this place is bad. However, I want to like this place more than I do because their burgers, in my opinion, are closer to okay than great. However, literally everyone I've gone to Jumbos with likes the food much more than me. I think I just need to find the right thing on the menu. So l'd say, Definitely worth a try.”

“Great fun bowling after 20 years!! My husband and I enjoyed the day because of the wonderfully refreshing customer service and friendliness of all the staff! We bowled terribly but had a great time here! We were on a lane next to a very kind and talented bowler and his daughter. He gave us tips to get our game back in check which we appreciated. I understand the food is great here too but we did not try it. Next time!”

We were back in the bus heading to Milwaukee in the snow storm after 40 minutes. Thought the staff on Friday night, (Jan 18) did great! Milwaukee Lutheran swim team appreciated their efforts.”

“I choose delivery of my Pizza Hut Pizza. Very simple to use website. I had accumulated enough points for a no charge medium any type of pizza for free. I would have voted 5 stars but since free pizza means you have to order $15.00 of sides or another pizza. So really not a free pizza. Getting back to my Meat Lovers. It was very warm and very delicious after waiting for 50 minutes delivery. The estimated time was correct. i also had bread sticks. These were very warm and delicious. I recommend the West Bend Pizza Hut Location.”

“Came here with a couple buddies for lunch after an extended late night shift. We all have had Firehouse subs in the past so we knew we were going to get delicious subs. We were not let down! The service was friendly and I could tell they were well staffed. I'm sure you, reader, have also witnessed restaurants that had one or two employees only working when it was lunch hour. This was not the case for Firehouse. They were friendly, well staffed, food was good as always, and the place was clean. It's comforting that a company such as this is good across the board. I've been to other Firehouse Subs locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and California. All were good!”
