    Good sandwich. A little light on meat and it took forever to get through lunch line because they were busy. Don't go if you're tight on time.

    This place was really busy when we went but the line kept moving pretty quickly. Staff was quick and friendly, even during the rush.

    The sandwiches are good, but their malts and shakes are absolutely delicious.

    Service was good. For a quick hot sandwich it is good not great. You can get a nice soup and sandwich combo. Do they have good cookies.

    Great service from two young ladies. Made a well balanced and hearty sandwich that was tasty from the first bite to the last. Also made a delicious oreo and banana smoothie, easily my best potbelly experience to date.
