Badger Burger Company Brookfield

I stopped in about a week ago. I called prior to confirm their hours, Jose answered and was very polite. I decided to stop in for some food and to work on homework (for some reason I do better in noisy atmospheres away from home). Upon arrival, the host (not sure if this was Jose whom I spoke to earlier prior to coming) was also very polite and accommodating. He provided me with a booth near an outlet on the second floor. It was perfect, I was alone, but still could hear the hustle and bustle of people around me. My waitress Jaz was a total sweetheart. The service was a little slow, I’m not sure if it was due to lots of business and short staffing because I was sitting away from the other guest. The food was amazing! I tried several items and all of them were delicious! I can see myself coming here at least once a week to get good food and have a homework and study spot. I do wish the hours were a little later. I noticed their happy hour specials posted, and they were quite intriguing. I look forward to visiting with friends also. I’d love to see this business stick around. Support, support, support!

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. We each had a burger. Blue cheese and chive fries for me and Mushroom Swiss with tater tots for Dave. Food was very good. Burgers were done perfectly medium rare, just the right amount of pink.
Service was a little slow, but we're expecting that. Our server was super sweet and checked on us often.

The watermelon strawberry mule was superb.

Stopped in at Badger Burger Co today. It was our first visit. Jose was our server and he was great! Ordered “the burger”, and this is the whole reason for my post, Jose asked how I wanted it cooked. I said medium....It was actually cooked MEDIUM!!! Congrats to the chefs as well! My main pet peeve when ordering a hamburger, why ask how I want it when it’s just going to be cooked well done anyway. 👏🏼👏🏼Way to go on perfect perpetration of my food. We’ll be back!

We visited for the first time on a Saturday night. My wife and I had pizza and our daughter had the gourmet mac 'n cheese. Both exceeded expectations. We love the atmosphere. The proprietor was working the bar and waiting tables but still had time to stop by and talk to us. We will definitely be back. Maybe next time we go for the Date Night Special :).
