Evie's Bistro

The atmosphere was lovely, the staff was attentive and kind. Our favorite apps were the summer rolls. The vegetables were fresh and crisp and the pho had savory, flavorful broth. I'd suggest some light background music but they just opened so I'm sure they will have this soon.

We'll be coming back. We'd definitely recommend Evie's. It's a bit pricey but also delicious. I could have eaten the veggies stir fried in garlic all day. The pho is full of flavor and everything tastes really fresh.

I ordered beef phone and although it was delicious, it was a CHICKEN BROTH. I also had to wait a good solid 5 minutes when there was only 2 other tables before I was given a menu. More expensive than most, but it was clean, food was hot. I also recommend they play some authentic music instead of blaring country music

This was my first pho experience and it was tasty. I can not compare it to others but I can say that I’ll return for more. The chicken in my pho was quality meat and the noodles where plentiful. I looked up what to do with all the north at the end and was happy that it’s okay to slurp it up — that was the highlight of the meal. The broth was smooth yet complex with flavors that all played well together. It had richness without going too far.

Fantastic food, great setting, and good prices. We were served quickly and the food was top notch, we couldn’t find any complaints. Highly recommend!!
