“Food was crazy fast. Upon seating, our server took our drink order and then came back a few minutes later for our food order. After he took our order he asked us if we wanted chips and salsa…. Isn’t that one of the main things most people look forward to when dining at a Mexican restaurant, chips and salsa? I was confused and thrown off-guard by this question so I replied no. All I could see was $$ Dollar signs flashing in my mind and I was nervous by how much they were going to charge for the chips and salsa, which honestly would have been fine if there was a charge it was just weird that he asked us after the fact if we wanted chips and salsa and it wasn’t clear how much they were going to be. Most people don’t have a problem paying a small amount for chips and salsa as long as the server is upfront with this information. Food was very fast, hot, and had excellent flavor. The server tried to clear my plate when I was barely halfway done but honestly it might be his first job he just needs to not be so antsy when trying to clear people’s food so fast… Whoa.. so we just got our food two minutes ago, and it came in less than 2 minutes, we have not even been here for 10 minutes and now you’re trying to take my plate away… bro slow your roll! No complaints at all in the long-run… I am just passing this information on to help everyone there to learn from all of these fun little quirks. I see this restaurant being very successful keep up the yummy food!”

“Food was very good. Menu is a little limited on options, but all looked good. Obviously being a brewery and distillery plenty of drink options. One thing to note, they don't have servers, which we did not have an issue with. You order and pay with your phone from your table. They bring you your food and drinks. My feelings would be that this might be a challenge for people who are little less proficient on their phones. (Pretty sure you can order from bar too) Overall nice place, cool atmosphere and priced decent.”

“So. Same people that own Hale House and in my opinion, this restaurant is way better! My husband and I made a trip to try it out last week since we have been dreaming of their Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich when they had it as a special at the HH. It is EXCELLENT! Quality chicken, great taste and price is reasonable. The fries were great too! We'll be back to try other things on the menu. Our drinks were strong and reasonably priced as well. Hope they offer carryout soon!”

Food was better than average, but wish the had more dinner meal options, Ribs, A Steak option and fish should always be available at the Lodge. Place has lots of seating and a room I am guess you could have a semi private event. We will go back.”
