Cousins Subs

I went here for lunch with my children. I ordered 2 kid's meals, and a regular meal for myself. The two kid's meals were both missing tomatoes that I asked for so I had to tell them that. They also did not inform me that I was supposed to grab my own applesauce and juice boxes from the cooler. I've never been here before. How am I supposed to know? It should be standard to tell people that they grab their own instead of making people stand there and they look at you like you're stupid. Anywho...I got the rest of my food and we go and sit. I was about to take a bite of my sub and realized the cheese I paid for was not on there. And the girl on the line was like, "ugh. I can already tell this will be a good day." Well it's not my fault you can't properly read a ticket. I can guarantee I won't be coming back here. On a good note though, the woman who took my order was nice.

Best customer service and the sandwiches are delicious! Staff is very helpful, cheerful, and courteous.

One of my favorite sandwich places. Of course being a native Wisconsinite I grew up with it and love it.

The prices are higher than normal. 3 subs and 1 large fry was over $30. The food was well cooked, and served appropriately well. But the portions seemed small. I had a cheesesteak and I had at least 1 1/2 inches of my bread that had no meat, cheese or even lettuce. The service was good, no complaints there.
