Chain O Lakes Bar and Grill

Simply the best... have had their Monday night wings several times, always taste great, food is hot and service is friendly... IMO much better than other places that specialize in wings...
UPDATE: took our granddaughter out for wings and our waiter Nick brought out samples of all the wing flavors for her so she could figure out what she liked best... had a great time and food was awesome as always...

Still best gumbo/jambalaya in Wisconsin.
I think it's a little cheap to add on a cost for a Carry out container, but I understand the reasoning.
Pizza is very good, blackened things is perfectly cooked to rare, burgers are good (I don't care for the one with macaroni and cheese on top), in short, everything is good.
Being in your own container to take leftovers home! ????
I do wish a manager would do table visits, I think he's a back of the house guy and shy.

Omg the ribs here are just amazing. Fell right off the bone nicely seasoned and the BBQ sauce is beautiful. The smoke was just perfect on it. The bar is beautiful and in such a beautiful spot! I am 110% satisfied right now. ????????????

First timers for here. Arrived after the dinner rush. Went for the fish fry, as it was lent. Was a little confused on if it was self seat or wait to be seated, server ended up pointing to a bunch of open tables we could choose from. Menu looked good, lots of good looking items. We opted for the perch and cod fish fry. Both were very good. Fish had a breaded coated instead of a batter, which I prefer. Both had great taste, I highly enjoyed the cod!

Lots of potato options. We ended up with a twice baked and French fries. Fries were over salted-no biggie, twice baked had good taste, but it was cold in the center like it wasn't reheated all the way.

Server forgot the salad i ordered, so wasn't able to try that, but the price of $3 was good for a garden salad I felt.

Overall I hope to try it again. Not ruling it out of contention, I'll update after our next visit.
