First time here for me in maybe ten years. The instructor we had was very personable and patient. We showed up late for our group lesson, and the facility still took time to accommodate our group.

I can't speak for the restaurant since we ate beforehand.

The rental system was quick and easy, and any staff we spoke with was happy to direct us or answer any questions.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. I'm not sure about the expert courses, but this place is great for beginners. Enjoy!

Now that Vail Resorts took them over, they are much improved. Granted it’s a small local resort. It’s decent considering there’s no natural hills anywhere nearby. They updated the lodge. Good variety of food and expanded dining areas. Rental equipment is much better. Uses HEAD for skis and Burton for snowboards. The process is very quick.

Probably the single best thing they’ve done is use the EPIC pass which speeds everything up. You can by online and skip the counter all together. It’s simply a credit card that you keep in your pocket and acts as your lift ticket. No need to ever remove it from tour jacket or glove or wherever. They simply scan it with a hand held RFID reader at the bottom of the lift right through your coat.

It is the same card you use if you go out west or Canada. Incredible time saver.

Nice amenities. The staff was generally friendly. But, it's way overpriced for the size of the hill. Drive an extra 20 minutes to Alpine. It's bigger and less expensive. Tubing hill looked pretty fun though.

Visited from Chicago western suburbs last weekend. We had a great time for our first time tubing. We never had to wait to take our turn since there were so many runs open. (This location has 20+, way more than any other place nearby) Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Two hour ticket was the right amount of time for me and my 5 year old. Would have given 5 stars, but no one answered the phone when I called and we were unable to purchase same day tickets online, which made me think they might be sold out.

Visiting from Colorado! For what it is this place is, it's great! Vail now owns this so the EPIC pass works here. Look up the epic season pass its worth it if you are gonna ski a week in Colorado. For beginners who want to learn or brush up on skills before a big trip this place is great. Vail resorts lessons are top notch. Pay for a few lessons and it will make your vacation so much better! Cost for daily entry and rentals are reasonable and service is quick. For extreme skiers and boarders there are 3 separate terrain park areas including small and medium jumps and a huge rail yard. The tow rope terrain areas are great for training with no unstrapping or waiting! Also they have a huge chute style tubing area that looked amazing for little ones or adults who don't ski!
