“First and foremost the food was amazing. I dropped in with average patrons at the bar. Fast fresh food was a win but the bartender spent all her time ignoring the 3 other people at the bar by chatting with q couple majority of the time. I tip well above 20 % if the bartender at least makes sure I have napkins and refill of drinks if empty. She neglected to even glace my way and others for 15 min. I had to walk around the bar and get my own napkins. All other staff were above accommodating.”

“This turned out to be an average dining night for a party of 4. The food was good, but for a Saturday night the service just wasn't up to par. Maybe it would have been better if we sat at the bar. Large dining area was dark, so we sat at a table close to the bar. Fountain drinks were available, but did not have free soda refills. All of us would have ordered more drinks, but no one ever came over to ask us. Two ordered the broasted chicken and two ordered burgers with brew city fries. Everything was good, but the brew city fries portions were small.”

“I visited this location for the first time today and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the vibe in the dining area. I was sad to learn that they do not have the elusive veggie patty I had once in Milwaukee, but excited I could get some egg in the evening. The gentleman that helped me was great! One complaint. He had to ring up the egg and cheese sub as a veggie sub add egg. The egg is 1.69 per 6 inches. With a footlong, I expected to pay 5.99, one dollar more than the veggie delight. I asked him why he rang it up that way, and after noon, the buttons for breakfast disappear and they have to do it that way... ???? Seems like this could be an easy fix, but could be a troublesome nightmare. If the sandwiches are available all day, then the buttons and pricing should be also. ????♂️ Still, 5 stars because of the service and cleanliness and a most excellent sandwich! ????????????”

“My Dad decided on a low key dinner at Woodeye's for Father's Day this year. First, the food was great. The younger blonde female behind the bar, however, might consider another vocation that is not in the service industry. Most seats were taken at the bar, yet she spent all of her time, smiles, and upbeat attitude on the small group of younger men who were anchored at one end. Our food order was taken by a very kind and personable younger female with dark hair that we didn't see again. The blonde delivered our food, but clearly did not notice two of three of our glasses were empty and we were never asked if we wanted another. My parents have visited previously and have had similar experiences with this bartender. Her standoffish attitude and lack of attention to all customers has left a markon my overall first experience here. Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐”
