“This review is specific to the Wisconsin Rapids location. I love Taco Bell for fast food. Its always a top choice. BUT, in the last few months, the customer service has gone way down hill. Wait times, incorrect orders, certain menu options not put together right. FIX THIS. I dont want to not have Taco Bells as an option. The last 9 times I have been there, my order is not right. The manager needs to find a new job, had no control over the crew as a matter of fact she was part of the problem. Will not go back at night. So sad that they stopped giving senior citizens discounts and military discounts available only on a select choice of 4 sandwiches.
