“If you are visiting Devils Tower, make R-Deli a part of your trip! They have amazing legit NY/NJ style subs and thin crust pizza. The subs are perfectly constructed - the meats and cheeses are sliced really thin (those from NY/NJ area know what that means) and perfectly stacked. I had The Godfather with a variety of Italian meats and that touch of olive oil and vinegar that makes it oh so good. They have a great selection of different kinds of sandwiches. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of them!”

They have beautiful etched glasses that of the tower that are available for purchase. You can get a good view of the tower right from the parking lot.”

“Pleasant locally owned restaurant and shop near Devils Tower National Monument. The rating is based on similar style restaurants. Food 4/5: I ordered a bison steak, with steak fries, and green beans for a gluten friendly option. The steak was medium rare and had good flavor, but salty. The green beans were previously frozen but were made to accommodate a healthy side request. The bread and onion rings although I couldn’t eat were still served with the steak. I would recommend keeping separate for others that might be keto or GF. My kid ordered a buffalo burger and said it was the best burger he’s had to date! The side was lightly breaded medallion fries… they were said to be tasty. My partner ordered the fish and chips with the medallion fries. Again they were from frozen but out in the middle of nowhere that’s to be expected. All was very hot and tasty food. Atmosphere 4.5/5: A very clean and down home country atmosphere. It was neat to walk around the shop while waiting on the food. The only thing missing was a view of the mountain from the restaurant (slightly misleading name) but it’s visible from the parking lot and the window in the store. Service 5/5: Spoke with Sarah the new owner and she said they just purchased the place a week ago. They are doing a great job of running the place. Teresa the cook was super friendly and accommodating to requested for meat/veggy options. Overall, a nice stop on the way to or from Devil’s Tower. I recommend stopping there.”

“Omg. The food was so good. We sat at the bar and the bartender was really nice and chatted with us the whole time and even put up with my drunk shenanigans(i was excited I thought my burger came with a dinner roll but it was actually just the top bun) we ordered the BBQ potatoes with brisket and it was phenomenal. My husband got the Buffalo steak and I got the jump burger and we shared and omg everything was so good. Then we got dessert and you can definitely tell they don't get the desserts out of a pre-made freezer box. If we ever make it this far again we will definitely stop in again. So good.”

“We went last night and the hype is legit. The two-person crew, which appeared to include the owner, were working their tails off to keep up with orders. We enjoyed a beer and Caesar salad with house-smoked chicken, since the wait on pizza was a while. Then, when ready, we dove into that meat lovers pizza. Yum!!”

“Swung in for lunch after Devils Tower. Great food, great server and the owner went table to table asking about food. This is a Diner but does have a bar. Kid friendly and good food. Gluten free bread and buns at just $1 more and breakfast served all day. If we lived closer, I would visit more often. ***we found his location in Sturgis and supposedly it is open only during the Sturgis rally. If so, try it out!”

“Fun place! Ventured into Sundance for a goe-cache... needed lunch for our family (3 kiddos) and thought ice cream would make the day. Ran a quick Google search and found this little place. Tasty food! Pleasant service. Friendly staff. Quick order-up! And the strawberry shake is delicious! Great place to stop in at, on your way to Devil's Tower. It seems like it was only about a 30 minute drive back... glad to have added this experience to our vacation. :)”

“Just did our first big RV trip this summer. Kids loved it and without a doubt the highlight was the Keyhole Marina for both the kids and adults. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boat. They were more powerful than I thought and the kids loved the tubing. Great live music and the owners of the Marina are actively checking on the crowd to make sure everyone is having a great time. A really well run place with fair pricing.”
