The reason why I'm giving 5 Guys in Casper a 5 star rating is because first when you walk in the first thing you notice is how popular the restaurant is around the country with all of the positive feedback you see on the walls. Second is when you go up to place your order, the staff is super friendly and super helpful explaining what each product looks like and they're are also helpful with explaining that 5 Guys is like the Subway of Burgers. Third is the food, the burger that you order is very juicy and has an amazing good flavor to it especially when you have them put on the cheese, bacon, and veggies that is good to be put onto a burger. The fries are so amazingly delicious and cooked to a 100% taste especially because they deep fry their fries in 100% peanut oil. Plus they also put the fries in regular cups that you would see using for a small, medium or even a large fountain drink at a dive thru fast food restaurant. These are the reasons why I give Five Guys a Five Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. So next time if you ever feel like having a craving for a good hamburger with good fries I would definitely recommend going to 5 Guys.”

“One of the best Pizza buffet places in the town (not sure if there is any other place similar to this in Casper, WY.) Very awesome customer service. “Have gone here 3 times in the past week. I think I was taken care of by the owner those 3 times. Everything was great. General Tso Chicken was exactly as spicy as it should be and not swimming in sauce. Sesame Chicken was great. The rice was good and I have read a few other reviews where people think the rice is weird well they prepare it in such a way where you can add whatever soy sauce you want to get it to the taste you like. Had a very pleasant conversation with the gentleman working here who I believe to be the owner and will definitely be coming back often.”

“Been ordering from this location for a couple of years now! Mistakes are VERY far & few between. Tonight, a small mistake happened. The wrong salad was delivered (the rest of the order was 100% correct). I called the store within 4 minutes of it being delivered. The gal on the phone was so friendly & kind. I informed her of the mistake, gave her my address, she confirmed said mistake. She asked if I'd like a credit or for it to be fixed. I asked for it to be fixed. She let me know it would be back to me "as soon as they could". I expected at least 30-45 minutes due to other orders. The same delivery driver showed up at my door within FIVE minutes of that phone call of the mistake. She was also so kind & friendly. I am BLOWN AWAY YA'LL. Top notch customer service!!! I didn't expect the mistake to be fixed so quickly. Times like this remind me of why I continue to order from this location over & over again. Their 5 Star customer service & accountability is why I adore them so much!!! The food is always SO GOOD & their customer service is almost better.”

“I personally prefer Dominos as far as take out pizza restaurants go. Always taste delicious. And you can tell they use fresh products. Not only is there one located very close to where I live.
