This is a review on their brunch.
Starting with the Yogurt/cheese/fruit tray. The cheese and bread spread were the stars of the plate. The entire dish is pretty good, but the bread and cheese alone was worth it.
The daily special of french toast was fantastic. There was a lot more on the plate than we expected, and it was satisfyingly delicious. Paired with a few of the sliced bananas from the cheese plate, really added to the dish.
The eggs benny was fantastic. They nailed the hollandaise sauce. The potatoes were a little different, but it was refreshing to have something other than generic hash browns or diced potatoes. They were small whole potatoes with an interesting spice.
I've been here for dinner a few times, so Im no stranger to how high the bill can get, but that was not the case at all for brunch. Three entrées, and the cheese/fruit plate brought my order to $59, which is just insane for the quality of food. Compared to other comparable restaurants in the Rock Springs area, Eves is hands down the best in town.
Onto the service! Every staff member there is incredibly nice. We had a young gentleman serve us, and he was on top of everything. Polite, and very helpful. I truly appreciate good service, and I hope if you dine at Eves you tip accordingly.
Thanks again to Eves. It can be hard to find a place in Rock Springs thats worth the money, but its easily spent here. Between the fantastic food and the outstanding service, Eves shines above the rest.
If you haven't been to Eve's for brunch on Sundays you are missing out on a great experience. All three dishes my Husband and I ordered were mouth watering. The brunch menu was pretty impressive yet very affordable. I also had a yummy peach bellini. The aromas and flavors took me to another place. The views of the golf course greens give great ambiance. Remember brunch is only on Sunday and reservations are not required but they are appreciated.
Lovely experience here! Liz was our waitress and she was outstanding. Very polite and attentive. In fact, several wait staff came and checked on us multiple times. The food was amazing! We split the wedge salad, I had the chicken and hubby had the filet. All were excellent. Some veggies are farmed locally and noted on the menu. Very fresh. Dessert was amazing as well, Huckleberry Creme Brûlée. The coffee the end was served with the cutest, most delicate creamer cup. To top it off, the views of the golf course made the experience all the more memorable.
Great dining experience. Lovely outside area overlooking the golf course. Great service. Drink was strong but I would say most customers like that. Food was excellent - arugula salad, trout and delicious rhubarb ice cream. I didn't particularly care for the fritters that came with the fish (seemed dry) and the brown butter cake was a bit too sweet for me. But both things are minor and I was impressed with how fresh everything was.
