We patronized Pancho's in Rock Springs on a fairly regular basis and were psyched when they opened a location in Evanston. We get dinner there about once a month and have never been disappointed in the quality or quantity of the food. Hubs likes to the get the mixed fajitas, I like to try different things, but every time, the food is served nice and hot and in generous portions. I particularly like that their flour tortillas are made the traditional way, and they offer red, green, and avocado salsa. The folks that work there are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. We're usually able to make 2-3 meals out of the typical carry out order (they have dine-in and drive-through as well). Several restaurants have tried and failed to make a go at this location, the former Wally's Burgers, but Pancho's appears to be here to stay. I got no problem with that!
I’m in town from Tacoma, WA for a few days and stopped in for dinner and ordered a chicken burrito and Horchata. Service was great and they served me while I waited at the table. The horchata was great and the burrito was full of chicken. The salsa was nice and hot. All of it tasted great and I would definitely go again if I have the chance. Thanks for the great grub!
We stopped here on our trip to Cheyenne. A great choice. The food was a great value, service was excellent and fast, and food tasted good. We went with the nachos for an appetizer, which was OK. Burritos (grilled chicken) for lunch, which were excellent. The meat, beans, and sauce all worked well. There was no one one there and location was clean. Bathroom was clean. Parking is minimal, but adequate for a location this size. Highly recommend.
Just cook the food. Came in a party of 7. Not a single order had melted cheese. Cold shredded cheese in the burritos. Nachos were literally just chips with cold shredded cheese on top. I laughed wishing I could just pop them in the microwave for a second.
I'm used to Betos, Rancheritos, etc. It's all the same.
They do that too. Seldom do you get a burrito were the cheese is actually melted, and that is all the difference.
Just, melt, the cheese. Please.
Great service though. Restaurant was very clean and you can tell the owners take pride in their establishment.
Idk. Could be prefrence, but I'm not a fan of cold shredded cheese out of the bag. It's not the same as block cheese. Shredded cheese was designed to be melted.
I don't even know what I'm talking about anymore
