The Station Pub + Grill (Riverbend)

The station has a great vibe with their TV trivia, current music, DJ nights, and various games/prizes. Their servers are timely and are happy to help you make decisions without feeling rushed. The food is also delicious and wing night is great!

The downfall? The washrooms. They’re located down a few sets of stairs, which isn’t safe for anyone enjoying happy hour. The washrooms are also very private, which is usually a good thing but in this case, it’s a bit sketchy.

I had been to The Station pub on one other occasion 5 years ago but did not have a good experience at all. So when my buddies wanted to go there i was quite hesitant to say the least. I was pleasantly surprised, The interior was much nicer, The staff were super friendly and the food was great. I was really looking forward to being able to sit in a pub again after all the Covid restrictions were lifted and I'm glad this was the pub we chose!

The smoke from the smokers corner was drafting in the windows and the management doesn’t care. Portion sizes for price is lacking. We had a very pleasant waitress though!

This restaurant/neighbourhood pub is without question the best pub in the city!! The servers and bartenders greet you the moment you walk in with smiles, they are friendly and attentive throughout! The amazing staff will carryon conversations with you, they ensure they remember you and your name, and they even try to remember your drink order for your next visit! The food that they have is wonderful, from simple quick bar foods to more of a dinner selection! Great options for whatever you are in the mood for! Overall a wonderful place and would highly recommend!!
