Stopped in quickly to get a few things sorted out which usually wouls be handled by the service team. Since service team doesn't run on Saturday and Sunday, Andy from the sales team went above and beyond by helping me solve my issues. I appreciated the fact that Andy was willing to get his own hands dirty and did not pull out the "it's not my job, not my responsibility" card. Thank you so very much. Andrew is an awesome guy, he is very professional and would go above and beyond to get the best for your trade-in and make sure you are happy with everything Volvo Royal Oak could offer. Lily is the best! She is amazing and makes the process smooth. She goes above and beyond for her customers and tries to help as much as possible. The level of service provided by Abe and Derek at this dealership has exceeded any expectations we've had. They really have gone above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate them and Volvo.
