Window Mart Calgary

Had a great sales experience with this Company. Andrei Sintov was the one who helped us through this experience. Was very knowledgeable and helpful and made things very clear about the various product lines. The windows were ready ahead of schedule except one window was specially ordered so we waited for it to come before we had them installed. Our installation was handled professionally by Marcel. Marcel and Andrei work really good together. Happy with Window Mart for really doing a good job. We would recommend them to anyone that is looking for windows

So I had windows installed recently and had 25 done. The install was fairly smooth and did not take too long. They look much better than the old windows and are going to help me be able to paint as I can take off the molding on the inside, paint and then replace the molding. People in every department whether it was install customer service or the original person that came to my home to help go through the process of picking out the windows and ordering we're all very polite and kind.

Kate has been great to work with! Great advise, always on time! The fellow who measured up the windows was very respectful, on time ( yes even with major snow storm!) and very efficient!
Edit: Our windows arrived a month early. Kate was hoping for August, but with these trying times and construction like this is weather dependant. We thought we would be lucky to have Sept as instal date! July 19, they were installed by Marcel. He was clean, left the site clean (inside and out) respectful and on time!
We will without a doubt, use them again!

We had installed Window Mart windows almost a year ago at this point. We are very happy with them. During the past winter , these windows had proved themselves to be great insulators. As well we are very happy with their look. The people from the company , from the sales rep Ivan Renyuk to installers - were professional, courteous , addressed all our concerns. Therefore we would recommend this company to anybody.
