Matco Moving Solutions

I wanted to take the time to say how fantastic Matco moving was ! They picked up my stuff with great handle and care and delivered it the same way. I wasn't actually home when they delivered it and I didn't come home to a mess of stuff piled up. They took the time to set everything up and place it in their correct spots.
The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because there was a time during the 2 weeks where I had absolutely no idea where my stuff was and when I was getting it. I had to make the call myself to find out.

I don’t normally have time to put Google reviews in but I think this is an exception. I contacted Matco to get an estimate for my upcoming move back in March. The estimator Steve came by and was very professional and knowledgeable. We contacted a lot of movers during that time but decided to go with Matco. I must say, I was not disappointed. On moving day, the crew was on time and very courteous. They took great care in covering floors and wrapping up our furniture in blankets.
The crew of four moved us out of our old house and into the new one without a single furniture or wall casualty.
I can go on and on... Overall, I would recommend Matco for short or long distance move. These guys are real professional movers. They care about what they do and it shows. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Due to some minor delays in completing our home renovations, it was necessary to delay our move by one day, the day before the scheduled move date. Matco was very accommodating and shifted the move by a single day with no additional cost. The actual move went smoothly with only minor damage to some wooden pieces of furniture. The time to complete the move was exactly as quoted with no additional charges being incurred. Overall a good experience.

We have used Matco twice in the past year and both times have been very impressed by the level of service and the quality of care. Our items and our home were always respected. Great job!

We have moved 14 times in 27 years. I have had a lot of experience with crews. Thank you Matco Edmonton and Calgary for making three of these moves enjoyable and efficient. The staff were friendly and more than willing to go beyond their duties. (They even had some great ideas about furniture placement! and never complained about moving things twice).
To Edmonton crew, Hailey, Stephanie, Dusan, Calvin, Pinara, Shania, Sheena, Mel, Shayla, Tyrell, Beau and Kelly (I think I got you all) thank you for packing me up so well, the goods in LTS arrived safely in Calgary 2 years later, the goods that went to Houston arrived safely there. To the Calgary crew, Mike the driver, Mike the weight lifter, Patrick the silent one, and Russ the story teller, thanks for your hard work and unpacking 23,000lbs in two days! To the office staff, Leon and Stevie, well done you.
I hope I don't need you again...but.... likely see you in two years..
