Last week, we took our truck there the CD player to be replaced. They just fixed the issue and advised us that no replacement was needed. We were pleasantly surprised when they did not charge us saying that it was a small issue, and showed us how to manage it in the future. Very nice people and very helpful!

We bought a preowned car with an advanced car starter alarm system installed here. We also needed to know how to use it. Ken supplied an owners manual and when we visited the store, he came out with us to walk us through all the features. Ken then further customized the system to better serve our needs.

We needed a new remote start remote for our SUV everyone I spoke to at certified radio was very friendly and helpful. Corey was a blast to chat with, he came out and programmed the new remote on the spot joking all the way through. Excellent customer service!

Without a doubt, this is the best place I've been to for help with my car starter! I've had my last 2 starters installed here, and will continue to buy from them. Whenever I have an issue with my starter not working, the staff here are so helpful. This last time, it was a bit of a puzzle why my starter stopped working...but these guys didn't give up, they got to the bottom of it, and I now have a working car starter again just in time for winter! Thanks guys, you truly are THE BEST!
