  Second time I have called The Gentlemen Plumbers/Action Auger since I've been at my current address. Always send amazing people, easy to deal with, straightforward with their pricing, and willing to go the extra mile. They are on top of their inquiries (they get back to you quickly), and have literally done things (like wrap heat trace) that other service providers wouldn't do. Never had the Gentlemen Plumbers suggest that I "find a way to do it myself"! Would 1000% recommend them to anyone with any kind of plumbing concerns, and I know that my mobile unit is not an easy job to tackle.

  I ultimately did not use this company but they did call me as a follow up and refunded my dispatch fee. Since I did not use them they were concerned that I was not happy with their service. Not the case at all. Sean, the plumber who came to my house was very polite and explained everything clearly. I just decided not to go this way. This company does stand behind their motto. Kudos.

  Great service, very professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I had my laundry room completely switched around and Sean listened to what I wanted and made it happen.
