“Fresh, well constructed product with an emphasis on quality NOT speed, unlike one other fast food restaraunt I won't dastardly mention. If you desire juicy burgers, crisp vegetables, and crunchy onion rings then you will get it, but you have to wait for it. Like all things in life worthwhile, there is effort involved in dining here and that is waiting longer for your food. This chain minimizes costs by hiring minimal staff in the kitchen, but they cook the food fresh and the product reflects this. I am not mentioning this particular franchise but A&W in general.”
