  Trek and hard core really stepped up when I had an issue with my carbon frame. Believe it or not the seat post jammed in the frame and we could not get it out. I’ve never seen anything like it. Full warrenty and the shop rebuilt my fat bike with a one day turn around. First ride tonight and the bike was awesome! Thanks Barry for the work and Steve for handling the paper work with trek. As I said trek was also amazing. No questions, just did what they could to make it right even though we really never found out why the post jammed.

  They helped make my bike Winter ready with studded tires and fenders following a nasty crash onto icy pavement. I can see myself coming back to this shop for the next while.

  Awesome shop, I would recommend these guys to anyone! I dealt with Steve but everyone in the shop is eager to help and they are very knowledgeable. Support your local shops!
