Mud, Sweat and Gears

I was on the hunt for a bike in this crazy environment, most other stores I contacted were either to busy to answer questions or just didn't return my phone call. This was not the case at Mud, Sweat And Gears, the staff at this branch were excellent from the initial phone call, to test riding through to purchase. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend and would gladly purchase from them again in the future. Keep up the good work good to see excellent customer service.

I have never been treated so well In terms of honesty and customer service. I had been a loyal customer to a shop close to Mud sweat and gears. But took my bike in today and was blown away by the service. It's definitely my go to bike shop. Cheers to all the staff

When it was impossible to get your bike looked at in May and June I just happened to call these guys, they answered the phone! I walked in with two bikes they checked them out quick adjusted a couple of things charged me almost nothing and away we went. I went back a week later and bought a new bike. Super friendly not pretentious at all. Just good guys, great value. Well done
