Chateau Lighting

We went into Chateau Lighting looking for a specific type of light for our cabin. When we walked in, an employee, who was with another client, asked if we needed assistance. We indicated that we did and she had the manager attend to us, since the store was busy with other customers. We stated what we required and the manager, Sharla, showed us possibilities and then brought out a catalogue for us to peruse. We found the light we wanted which would fit perfectly into the cabin. Sharla brought us the light and the specific type of light bulbs we needed and we were on our way. The service was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, but not forceful. In no way were we pushed into a sale that we did not want. We will be returning to Chateau Lighting to pick up lights for our garage and for our basement when we renovate it. We bought few chandeliers from this store, the store manager is very reasonable and respectful. The service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Been here several times and always have the best service. Seems like they had a change of ownership that has really increased the product that they have and level of service was outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for fixtures at decent pricing.
