(November 6, 2018, 12:41 am)I have been to both North and South stores. They are both fantastic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have been considering purchasing a new serger but really didn't know what I wanted. I spoke with Craig and he recommended a Janome and then put me in touch with their Janome educator who was in town at the time. She did a full demo of various models and helped me figure out which model would best suit my needs. All the information was much appreciated. Johnson's has also serviced my ancient industrial sewing machine. They were able to find parts and the turn around time was quick. If you are new to sewing or are an avid sewer this is the place to go.
