  Always busy. Always noisy. And always great burgers! If you want to find the perfect burger for you, try to find it here. Its hidden in that menu somewhere. If you are looking for fine dining or perfect service, perhaps you should consider looking elsewhere. The staff are young, the manager is excellent. If there is ever anything that goes wrong, she will make it right! If it werent for the fact that an establishment like this naturally attracts less experienced staff, it would probably deserve a 5 star. You can avoid the inexperienced staff by going to the sports lounge, which is quite nice and cozy.

  The Whitemud crossing location that we usually go to is a great location. The servers always seem to be knowledgeable and very friendly. All of the burgers I have tried have been delicious every time. The Fajitas and great as well. They also have gluten free buns which is one of the main response I go here.
  We bring our daughter (3 yrs old) and she seems entertained the whole time.
  
  Prices are good
  
  The only complaint it the section of the restaurant with all the glass windows is always cold.

  Great food and great value! Bottomless garlic fries are a must try. Personally, our waitress was really kind and was generous when we ordered bottomless fries by giving us an extra couple baskets of fries! The burgers are crispy, juicy and melt in your mouth. The newly renovated atmosphere is sleek and has a comfortable feel to it. Certainly recomend this location.

  A middle tier chain restaurant, specializing in burgers.
  
  The menu has a lot of options, mostly burgers, of course.
  
  My expectations for the meal were definitely raised by the word "Gourmet" in the official name of the restaurant. I found this to be a long stretch from the truth. My burger was ok, I liked it, it was fine. My wife's burger was better, and she enjoyed it, but neither one was gourmet.
  
  My wife ordered mac and cheese as one of her side dishes. She had ordered mac and cheese at a few other restaurants in the past several months and always complained that it wasn't cheesy enough. Well, she was in for a shock at Red Robins... This mac and cheese was about 90% cheese with a few pieces of macaroni throughout. Which is one of the more bizarre things I've ever seen at a restaurant.
  
  All in all, it was a decent option for a family friendly lunch. The restaurant is well suited for kids, and also has TVs playing sports for some of the adults to enjoy.
  
  Service was a little slow, but the wait staff was very friendly.
  
  I wouldn't suggest us to go back, but my wife might, and if she does, I'll gladly go back with her.
  
  If you ignore the expectations the restaurant places on itself, with the word "gourmet", then you'll probably have a decent meal.

  Red Robin is an easy recommendation. The food is consistently above average. I've never had a bad meal. There was one time I had a burger that was overcooked but they got me a new one and comped my meal. Tonight the garlic fries were on point. All our burgers were juicy and delicious. The salads were fresh and crisp.
  
  Our server tonight was Kendall and he was excellent. The best server I've had in a while. He was friendly, responsive and he knew the menu front to back and made excellent recommendations. After we paid we were sitting around our table letting the food settle and he came over and pulled me aside and thanked me for the tip. This is the first time any server has come back to my table to specifically thank me for a tip. I let him know it was well earned.
  
  Our entire party including 2 picky and moody children, my demanding wife and I all left Red Robin very satisfied. We don't go out for dinner often these days because our kids are difficult to keep happy when we go out. The fact that they were kept satisfied just by the food alone made this a great evening.
  
  I highly recommend Red Robin and we will be back, many times.
