Toni and Jon were incredibly helpful. Toni explained some very useful details about turntables, and he was able to recommend a couple of options. He really helped my understanding. Jon offered some very useful information, as well. They were both incredibly friendly and were able to steer me in the right direction of the perfect turntable.
Really happy with my experience. Thanks guys!! Will be returning when I next need music advice! -

(February 8, 2019, 6:52 pm)The one by Chinook, every time I have gone there I get treated with so much respect and dignity. Staff are quick and attentive to take care of you. You also feel welcome there if you want to hang out and look at the instruments. I really think whoever is the manager of that location and all the staff need to be applauded.

The selection of instruments and equipment is great and the service is fantastic. Every staff member I have talked to has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When purchasing my dream guitar a year ago, they made it extremely easy to finance it. I've shopped at many music stores throughout the city and some have been good, and some, not as good, but the bottom line is that Long & McQuade has the best customer service I have experienced at any music store.

The gentleman who opened the shop that day understood we were on a very tight timeline to get our rentals returned and drive to Edmonton to catch a flight to Ontario. He went above and beyond for us and did so happily. Management please take note!
