Brightstar messed up big time by sending me a Bell locked iPhone X instead of Rogers. Marc went over and beyond my expectation in attempt to resolve the issue. I have never seen a customer service as good as this and an associate so dedicated to providing the best service he can give. Please send him Kudos for me. Thank you!
