Very helpful staff. Wonder about the longevity of this type of store vs online sites like Wayfair....especially pricing. If you are not "married" to a brand I think online sites offer a great option.

Lindsey Mackie at the plumbing services centre provided excellent service. When I asked her about a faucet that I bought at Robinson's that had corroded, she let me know it was under warranty, and placed an order for a new one immediately. She is clearly very knowledgable about Robinson's products and she is pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Lindsey at Robinson's.

We went into Robinson’s for the first time and were impressed with the quality of selection of all their product selection. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the various products, offered possible solutions and alternatives, and was able to identify exactly what we needed to make our bathroom remodel happen with products we liked and within our budget.
