JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning

Our furnace quit working recently, during the winter no less and I was trying to quickly find a way to get it back to heating my home. I called JPS to get a tech to visit.
The tech responded with in 30 mins of my call, we discussed my furnace and its age. I decided to go for a new model instead of fixing my 23+ year old furnace.
I was able to meet with one of their agents, who came to my home and discussed the various options available, I was most impressed by the warranty, giving me parts and labour coverage along with annual maintenance visits for 12 years.
We agreed to a model that was much less than I thought I would have to be spending. They were able to schedule the install within a couple of days and even provided some additional space heaters for the meantime.
On the day of install they arrived right on time and got to work right away, they replaced some ducting got rid of my old model and installed the new model.
They finished a few hours ahead of what they had told me, which was great. One of the installers walked me the operation of my new thermostat and all the install work they completed.
They were very thorough and made this whole experience as easy as possible. I cannot say enough good things about the work their whole team did and how grateful I am for the fantastic work they did.

We had very unusual cold weather, sort of like an ice storm or something that was when my parents called me to say their furnace died, just as mine did a few months ago. We called a number of companies and they all said that they would not come out due to the weather. I can't blame them as roads were bad. I was eventually able to reach JPS Furnace Repair who work with AC and Furnace Guy Dimitrii who I used a few months ago for my home and was very pleased, and they not only agreed to come, but they were also fast and professional in that they were able to offer an immediate repair (after first letting me know the price and asking if I wanted it done, so they didn't just surprise me and stick me with a bill). These guys are troopers and I am definitely happy all around with them

Just had both of my furnaces and a new hot water tank Installed by Max and Ryan. They were on time, very polite, efficient and really courteous and ready to answer any questions and concerns that I had with a friendly smile. Jaimie in the office was also very pleasant to deal with and helped me with my concerns as well. I would definitely recommend them based on the service that we received.

JPS deserves 5 stars or more. Or furnace died during on one of the coldest days in 2017. We woke up to no heat and started researching furnace companies right away. JPS has great reviews online, so we decided they would be our first option. We called JPS as soon as they opened and they were at our house within an hour to give us a quote. Once we made a decision, a team of installers were out and worked until 7pm to make sure we had a working furnace. They went above and beyond that day and we truly appreciate it. They continue to provide amazing service, as they call every year for maintenance. I would recommend JPS to anyone in need of a new furnace.

I had my 1982 furnace break down on me in the middle of January (because it never breaks in the summer, why would it?) and repairs would have cost 2000 dollars for parts alone for a furnace that would just break down more as time went on. Time for a new furnace.

JPS was the most professional, courteous business I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They called to confirm appointments with a window and called before the window ended to advise when the technician was late. The estimate included work to bring the building up to code at no additional cost. The options were presented with no hard sell or pushy sales tactics in a clear, easy to understand format with the points important to me made clear. The technician was friendly, helpful and made sure to explain everything including the timeline of the work and what I was getting.

The day of service was likewise excellent service. A team of three showed up on time and got to work immediately and efficiently. They laid drop cloths to ensure no need was made and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me when a divergence from the plan was required and allowed me to provide input on what I wanted done with my house. They even provided space heaters for my family to stay comfortable until the work could be performed at the earliest available appointment.

All in all I found JPS Furnace and Air Conditioning to be of superior service and provide top quality workmanship and product. I will definitely use them when I add central air in the future and I recommend them to everyone who needs service on their HVAC.
