We have dealt with SmartSpace for almost 10 years and have had their system installed in two of our houses. Matt has been awesome. He’s professional, knowledgeable and patiently explains things again and again (and again lol) so we can understand. He’s quick to respond to any issues that arise (and there’s very few). We’ve only recently met Carlo and we appreciate his tech support and prompt replies as well.

Working with SmartSPACE to upgrade our home automation system was a great experience right from the get go. When we first met with Louis and Carlo, they were very attentive to what we were looking for and they provided innovative ideas and options that we hadn’t even considered. And even though we were looking for a significant upgrade, they kept us on budget!

The actual install was just as impressive. Quick and efficient, the team was great when it came to addressing and solving any issues that arose. They were deliberate and took great care to ensure everything, whether it be hardware or software, was installed properly and functioned well. And they definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great cohesive system in place.

After the install, they were very patient and informative when it came to showing us how to manage and use the system. And they always made it very clear that they were ready to help, even after hours.

Smart Space Technologies Ltd. was recommended to us by our contractor, Artisan Kitchens, and Renovations. We were about to undertake major renovations to our house and wanted to explore the possibility of turning it into a Smart Home.
