The Light Cellar

A must stop in Calgary. I live in Edmonton and make sure I stop at Light Cellar every time I pass through Calgary. They have amazing elixers that make you feel great and the best part is that I can make them at home as they have a recipe book and a whole section in their store where you can buy all the ingredients. P.S. Love the new location!

This store has changed my life. I am a healthier person because of it. I've learned so many things here. Malcolm and the gang at the Light Cellar are doing amazing things to help all of us. They are bring information on super-foods and healthy living to the masses, in a friendly, accessible manner. What a wonderful place to get all of my super-food needs! I've attended some excellent classes at the light cellar to learn how to use all the super-foods in their store, and classes on general health too. Such a unique place and wonderful and kind staff. I have had nothing, but good experiences with The Light Cellar. I first visited the Inglewood location to attend a talk about medicinal mushrooms. The staff are incredible and they have so much information about herbs. Also, all the drinks are amazing. Definitely recommend!

The light cellar is one of my favorite places in Calgary. Malcolm (the owner) has done a fabulous job of creating a space that is both incredibly welcoming and vastly informative. It's so great to be able to find all my favorite herbs and mushrooms in one place. And the delicious creations they create at the bar are to live for. Highly recommend a visit!
