(August 2, 2020, 4:03 pm)Unfortunately our plans were derailed and we weren’t able to stay at the hotel. I just wanted to pop on here to say how appreciative I am to them for being so accommodating. Every time I called the hotel I was given exceptional customer service—every person I talked to was helpful, understanding and went out of their way to assist me. Thank you so much! Even though we weren’t able to come, we will definitely be rebooking in the near future.

Didn't have a chance to have breakfast there as we had other commitments but it looked wonderful and had a good selection. Pool was clean and slide was fun even for adults. Will definately stay here again when we come to the city.
