Doug worked closely with in this trying market he maintained his positivity even when we began to loose heart. The house sold and Soug was there to now help with our move and assist with modifications to our new home. We are so happy that we chose Doug and recommend him to anyone.

I have not had good experiences with realtors until I met Doug. I am a no nonsense scientist that likes facts, not fiction or drama, so it was refreshing to find that Doug appeased me by meeting all me needs. Doug is responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring. I always felt Doug was working in my best interests and never simply to earn himself the money. He helped us buy our dream home and made sure everything was looked after. He also sold the house we moved from and that too was smooth and stress free. I have already recommended Doug to several of my friends and colleague and will continue to do so.

Doug's help was completely invaluable in our home search. He was available and able to work around our weird schedules over the course of our lengthy search. We were looking for a house that needed some updating, and Doug's knowledge really helped us to avoid some places that would have been a nightmare. I cannot recommend Doug Cabral enough. He is by far the best realtor in YYC. Not only is he a bulldog when it comes to negotiating, he's also an ex-contractor who has an eye for a not-worth-it product. Doug is awesome! He is professional and makes himself available as much as possible. He knows the realty game inside and out. I have worked with several Realtors and Doug is way ahead of them all we were very impressed with his attitude and drive to get things done.
