Quality family friendly food and service!

Although the waitress was excellent, the restaurant experience was spoiled by the state of the outside front entrance. The area was littered with papers, garbage and a multitude of cigarette butts. It was just as disgusting when we visited last fall. There is no excuse for a lazy Manager.

I quite enjoyed this restaurant. Food was fresh and the waitress was great and treated me wonderfully. I would go there again.

Always a spectacular time and supremely good food and very accommodating. They were really good with my niece who is really shy around new people, and she actually talked to our server today. Will always go here over anywhere else

Lots of people complain that this place has "old decor" but I don't care. I can appreciate a homey atmosphere because it's rare to see a place that hasn't lost the traditional homestyle way of cooking.
Our waitress was great, plus the food was quick and hot when it arrived.
Yes, Phil's is a bit pricier than most places but you get what you pay for - in this case, I'll gladly pay more! The potatoes were delicious!
