My 8 year old daughter started classes in last month or so and I was able to attend the last class. Very impressed with the easy teaching method along with the fun and physical fitness she is achieving. Francois the instructor is excellent with the kids and works with all the kids building confidence and enjoyment in the sport. Great energy in this place. Very friendly and helpful instructors for my 5yr old. He was nervous to start but quickly forgot his fears and dove right in due to the encouraging, fun environment.

My son and I both attend this fantastic gym. Experienced/high level instruction taught here without the egos that often typically are associated at other gyms. Thank you Elite and look forward to many years to come!

This Gym is so amazing.....My son has been in kickboxing for 8 years and started in Elite's Kids class. He absolutely loves it and it's built his self esteem and discipline. It's so great that his adult sister has started kickboxing too. I've done a class and I can tell you....the instructors are patient and amazing.
