(August 9, 2018, 8:17 pm)I used to train with Strive when they had a location in Lake Bonavista, so thought I'd use them again as I needed some advice on my technique, as I felt I wasn't lifting right.

I went today for a session with Anton, and it was great. He made some subtle improvements to my technique that immediately felt better for my back, improved my balance and made it feel like I'll be able to get a lot more power.
Overall a great experience and I'll be lifting safer and with more power.
