Nothwynd is the wrong group to be hating on. It was the previous owner / management team that is to blame for poor business practises. They put the resort into receivership and had no buyer come forward then possibly member owners would have had nothing. Nortwynd has helped to make the best of a bad situation.
I was not happy with the renovation fee nor have I been happy with the increase in annual fees but I have enjoyed our timeshare for 30 years and will for the remaining 10.
