Jennifer, at High River Discount Car Rental, was amazing to deal with. She was so helpful, the car was very clean when we picked it up. The entire car was walked around and she made notes on all the rock chips, and the little scratches over the car. We had complete peace of mind with renting the vehicle. Jennifer was super helpful, friendly and very professional to deal with. I highly recommend her, we will rent from her again.

Cannot say enough positive things about my experience dealing with Jennifer @ Discount Truck and Car Rental. I was in desperate need of a truck to swap out my vehicle during a long weekend camping with the family.
Jennifer went out of her way to 1) locate me a last minute truck as she had to juggle returning vehicles 2) meet me after hours at the dealership to deliver the vehicle to swap out my damaged truck with a rental.

Excellent customer service. She absolutely salvaged our family weekend and was great to deal with. 5 stars and thank you again!

Amazing price and amazing service! Jennifer was kind enough to drop the rental off at my house so I didn't have the trouble of having to pack my infant and toddler up and leave my house. She went above and beyond giving great service. Jennifer even drop my car seats back off to me in the evening on her own time! After I forgot them in the rental earlier that day.

Too bad I can't give Jennifer and Addison more stars. We discovered my
driver's license was expired. Addison drove me to the Registry office, only to find out I needed a medical form completed by my doctor. They had to deliver a car to the airport, so they went off to do that. When they returned, they picked me up and drove me to my doctor;s office, then to the Registry where I finally got my license and was able to drive my rental home. Jennifer and Addison went out of their way to make sure I got my rental. I love these two. If I am in need of a rental again, I will definitely go to Discount.

We had a very positive experience. Pickup and drop off was easy and fast, vehicle was very clean and ready. Staff very friendly and helpful. Discount definitely earned a repeat customer.
