(November 4, 2018, 5:21 pm)I hit a coyote just outside of Nanton around 4:15pm and then had to make arrangements with my insurance and tow services. Last thing to do was get a rent a car. I phoned Enterprise and dealt with Eric (Okatokes branch manager), he informed me they were closing and I couldn’t be picked up but then had a change of heart when he found out I was stranded with my young daughter and came to get us himself. In short, he went above and beyond to help us out and that is something that is very rare these days. My daughter and I thank you sir and with service like that you definitely have our business from here on out!

They actually make you feel like your business is valued.
Some of the other rental companies make you sign reams of paper and tell you if you don't buy the add-ons that the end of the world will happen, enterprise they recommend but they don't push really hard which I like.
