Second but, still #1 in my books, the most effortless car rental I've ever had in my life and that's without my credit card and my proper driver's license. Professional, prompt service, relaxing customer atmosphere, with an extremely helpful and *understanding of the kind of stressful situation having your vehicle stolen is and all the disruption it causes in your life* staff. Not having to deal with car rental drama on top of everything else is priceless. Thank you so much Discount and Joanne in Okotoks. I was dreading having to get my rental car until I walked through your doors.

Joanne was incredibly helpful and made sure the rental process was very smooth and seamless. It was a nice touch for her to contact me to make sure I got to my conference destination okay.
